Passat - Before Paint CorrectionThese photos clearly show that poor washing habits and using automatic car washes can cause scratching and swirling to the paintwork over prolonged periods. The colour gives a faded appearance because the clear coat which lies on top of the paint has been damaged to such an extent that it cannot show the paint clearly - giving a similar effect to looking through a steamed up window. Passat - During Paint CorrectionThis series of photos show the correction in progress. A masking tape has been used to show how the work is progressing - fairly well it would seem, given the difference between the two halves of each of the panels. The results shown represent the correction around 80% finished. |

Passat - Paint Correction CompleteThese final photos show the Passat as it should be. After a full detail including the paint correction, its owner added a personal number plate and had several friends convinced that she had changed the old one for a new car! We couldn't think of a bigger compliment - final proof of the difference the professional touch can make. |
